THE DOCTOR

Dr Petar Filipov studied medicine at the Medical University of Varna. He then took the specialty of Internal medicine and the specialty of Nephrology at the Medical University of Sofia.
Since 1985 he is practicing nephrology. During the years 1997 to 1999 Dr Filipov was also teaching Nephrology at the Medical University of Sofia.
Dr Filipov is a member of EDTA, the European Dialysis and Trasplantation Association.

Dr Filipov is practicing at the dialysis department of Royal Artemis Hospital since December 2008.
